The Butterfly chain of hotels have been strategically located so far and with the opening of Sai Ying Pun station, the popularity of these hotels have surged. Newly opened, Butterfly on Waterfront promises a sea view if you book rooms on higher floors.
Each hotel room comes with a complimentary phone loaded with 3G for easy navigation - personally, I thought the network was way too slow to even be helpful but for those who have limited grasp of Cantonese, this may just be your saving grace when locating places. That being said, great for local calls.
They actually had a pillow menu by clipping butterflies on the corners of the pillows.

A bed so inviting and cute! The only grouse was it was a Queen sized bed which limited movement - the bane of being used to a King or even Super King.
I loved the toilet concept - compact yet very functional. The sink was designed to fit and was ergonomic as well with its round edges. If I can, I'd love for a sink like this next time!
Shower strength was great for a head massage, toiletries decent too and the best part of every shower time is the mosiac tiles that I spend a great deal of time admiring. #tilefetish
Breakfast is an add-on to any room package but I would reccomend forgoing that because there are a ton of eateries train stops away. Service was helpful and accomodating, two thumbs up Butterfly on Waterfront! The neighbourhood is generally quiet despite facing the high way and literally zero night life since they are located on a street of rice merchants. Having to walk pass the dried food daily was quite an experience!
