This was the just a cart stand in the buzzing food hall of a gourmet floor. I suppose it must be the specialties they were promoting.
Nothing to fancy but I rather they save on all the exquisite wrappers and designs and save me the trouble of hiding the hunger and trying not to ruin the packaging.
Yam was what drew me to the booth.
Yam crepe roll and yam mochi. Both were not too great though - the unsweetened yam was really ordinary with both.
Possibly one of the few disappointments and hardly any culinary skill displayed.
