Quite awhile ago, the same concept opened in Singapore and I did not think too much of it. Yet in Tokyo, it was a totally different matter of its own. It could be the on the spot tossing of rice by Oba-san...or the fragrance of the rice grains permeating throughout the departmental store that made us decide to get it.
