Gummybears originate from Germany and are possibly the most famous candy of all time. I grew up with them at least! These jelly babies no bigger than 2 centimetres in height have evolved over time to other shapes, sizes and flavours.

One of the love packages I lugged back from Europe! Gummy bears from Wurzburg, these are miles apart from Yupi or Marks and Spencer's. Bursting with flavour, these chewy apricot gummies reminded of the real fruit with explosions of apricot.
