Chanced upon these cookies at Ikea one day...being a daring/experimental eater...I bought a pack or two home..think they were on discount? Since then, I've not looked back. They've become a permanent sight in the cookie drawer.
Lemme just introduce and share some goodness with everyone!
Ballerina cookies (from the brand Goteborgskex) are very popular in Sweden...like Ikea is (for food/furniture/pooch accessories)! It's made up of two cookies, a butter and chocolate one sandwiching hazelnut creme. Uber delicious it is, what tops it up? The cookies are crunchy! Perfect for a snack, tea...after dinner dessert. Not sure why the name "Ballerina"...well, unique name for a great tasting cookie~!
