Happy Birthday to me with this clearly too cute for my age cake - and thank you for always answering that inner child. Unbeknownst, the ladies behind the last birthday cake rebranded and by a stoke of fate, I had my cake in the same flavor!

We learnt this year and had it chilled and boy, it tastes heaps better. Their salted caramel cake is a butter sponge with salted caramel drizzled over whipped cream between layers.
The macarons were too crispy, I prefer mine with some density. These snapped into a mouthful of sugar.
