~Invited Session~
KRAFTWICH™ by Swissbake has recently had their dinner menu redefined with an all new assortment of hot sandwiches, exclusively created by MasterChef Asia Finalist, Lennard Yeong.
Their KRAFTWICH™ journey on the wall!
Ain't no mountain tall enough to be called a sandwich.
Gotta love the bread-filling ratio.
Cold pressed juices are also available and this beetroot orange was such a thirst quencher!
Roast Beef Krafwich with demi-glace dip reminded me of roast beef with onion soup, somehow. The melted cheese, roast beef slices and onion dip.
Open Baked Chicken Kraftwich with Thai Green Curry Dip was on point for sandwich yet underwhelming for the Thai Green Curry Dip which was missing out on heat characteristic with Thai inspired dishes.
These two new creations are delicious on their own, though I personally thought the dip itself was superfluous. At some point I thought it would have been great on its own and better with a soup. They are delicious on its own but the whole concept of sandwich and dip did not work for me.
Typically dips are perfect with finger food so either these kraftwiches are actually proportioned bite sized or, they are presented in a broth.
Creamy clam chowder with croutons was the hearty answer to my carbo heavy meal.
Surprise of all surprises came in the form of a wholesome sriracha chicken salad, I have to admit licking my plate clean. Sriracha chicken definitely gets my vote of yum.
Whilst they aim to convert sandwich lovers one at a time, I am already a fan of their salads and kraftwiches.
