Udders Revisited @ Goldhill

I remember vaguely how Udders' waffle at Siglap did not live up to the hype, and then I spied delicious photos of its new shape - okay, what a frivolous excuse to re-try the waffles and reconnect the missing link. So, I digress. I thought they tweaked the recipe along with the shape of it, instead of the blockish rectangular shape, it now came almost circular.

Waffle ($2.90)

Peanut butter to go with my freshly made waffle. I have to give Udders credit for the icecream - I fell head over heels, fork over spoon in love with it. Crunchy whole peanuts in peanut butter blended into the milky icecream, holy grail yummy! Credit once again given for the icecream lasting through the piping hot waffle, at least it did not melt away before I finished it.

So it seems, the same consistency as the last - no density just fluffy pancake texture. Me not a fan, unfortunately. Icecream Chefs, show them how to do it! As I type this, the mind is wandering off to making my next visit to ICC to curb the insane craving for a good Belgian waffle.

liquer alert!

Liquer toppings did pique the interest greatly though!
