I'm not sure what gave me the impression that Glutton's Bay at Esplanade would be better than Food Republic and Food Trail at SG Flyer. Anyhow, headed there for a super duper late dinner-supper one evening.

Even at almost 11pm, stalls were open and the hungry was out looking for food.

A stamp of approval? Every stall at Glutton's Bay is handpicked by Makansutra

Chicken Wings
Never can go wrong and they did not either. Add in a dash of lime, sublime carcinogenic stuff!

A Filipino classic, or so the stall claimed. Roast Pork with Rice...their roast pork is somewhat different from our siew yoke, the skin's alot thicker and chewier than the crispy crunchy favourite. Well flavoured pork but that was just about it.
Ask me not why I did not head for crowd favourites like sambal stingray or char kuay teow or fried rice. Not too sure if a return is ever on the cards.

I enjoyed dining in Makansutra. The food was good and the view was awesome. My personal fave - the Cereal Prawns! :)
