C Nai plays tribute to 师奶 or middle aged aunties, with a nice tongue-in-cheek moniker like that. This is an express version of the outlet along East Coast Road. The difference being, you tick off your order on the sheet and help yourself to the tumbler of water by the side.
Macau Pork Chop Bun ($6.80)
This took forever to arrive, literally. Even after the appetizer and congee was consumed it had not arrived yet! Bad timing of the kitchen.
Sandwiched between two buns, a couple of lettuce leaves, a squirt of mayo lies the famed pork chop. The meaty pork chop was a tad salty but thankfully juicy. Have yet to try Macau's version but it ain't living up to Tsui Wah's at least.
XO Fried Carrot Cake ($5.50)
Unlike the usual hawkerfare, this was a change. Panfried till crispy, the carrot cake cubes were soft coated with a layer of oil and chilli flakes.Won't say I am head over heels this one.
It was a pleasant surprise to find live music available after 7pm, turning it into a different kind of Hongkong Cafe. One that resembled a music cafe as well.

"Have yet to try Macau's version..." I don't get this. When you wrote this post, haven't you already tried the best pork chop bun at Cafe Tai Lei? This one looks decent enough though.
