Just metres from Mer Du Nord is a carnival-themed food stall selling belgium frites! Talk about an adjustable stomach capacity when you are on a holiday.
Somehow Europeans waiters are more game for the camera as opposed to Asians who either stare, glare or lookaway. Or perhaps the shutter speed was faster than his expression could change.
2€ worth of frites, 0,5€ worth of mayo. Thick cut crispy fries, dunk them in the creamy mayo, I am good to face any chilly weather! That portion of frites took 4 of us to finish eating, imagine how big a portion it is!

lol there's a giant yankee burger challenge at the citylink outlet of new york new york. finish an 8-inch -side and 4-inch-tall burger and a whopping 600g of fries an hour and you get it on the house, plus a free root beer float, a yankee burger champion shirt and your name on the fame board. wouldn't have minded joining if not for the scary amount of fries :o
