Capsicums are my best raw friends;
They perk up any drab looking salads with their lovely colour splashes.
When eaten raw or cooked, the natural sweetness seaps through.
Chanced upon these babies at NTUC, dark purple and cream white. I just had to bimbotically include them in the flog, for memory's sake!
These were less juicy than the red-green-yellow coloured counterparts though, just the colour that makes them outstanding.

=p the flesh isnt as thick as the greens and reds !
