Icecream on a coldrock with achingly sweet toppings.

Japan's hot favourite.

Marvellous Cream, is what all of the above has in common.

Tiramisu



For the faint-hearted, I deem this barely there interpretation milder than mild. The only thing that makes it Tiramisu in anyway is the cocoa powder dusted.



Passion Mango Trifle




A tangy one with a layer of mango jelly.



Strawberry Shortcake



Unlike the usual strawberry shortcakes, the sponge used was soft, icecream layers a tad sweet.



The parfaits were not spectacularly outstanding..just ice-cream with the thinnest layer of sponge beneath. I think I'll stick with the cake versions.
