Alcohol anything makes me do a little dance.
This cheesecake's got a lethal shot of alcohol pumped into the raisins, nearly a brain freeze. Then comes the dense cheesecake, so rich...it gave new meaning to jelard. I almost could not bear to finish eating.
No wonder my mother always preached, "things in moderation." No doubt I love my Ben and Jerry's for the overload in toppings and portions, I love my ah ballings bursting with filling...but not my cheesecake cloying.
Too much, this cheesecake was. It's just a good enough home-made effort.
