My good friends have been pestering me tons of times to give Tom's Palette a go..and when I did, it was packed with customers. It is very accessible, enter Shaw Tower and clear signs point you to it.

Rum and Raisin
Salted Caramel Cheesecake
Rum and Raisin had a hint of alcohol, it's one creamy delight! Still lacking in oomph as compared to Udder's. I prefered salted caramel cheesecake though. I like how this cheesecake icecream pulled off so nicely with the sweet and savoury. Well balanced!
It could have been due to the chiller being closed and opened so frequently, the icecreams melted pretty quickly.
