At a dollar per roll, min 2 to order, the popiah shares a stall with another vendor. Manned by a lady who's pretty efficient in putting together your popiah order, before you even finish snapping away, your order's done!
I didn't fancy the skin much, slightly hard to chew though the pal relished it. I prefer my popiah skin softer and fluffier. The ingredients are the common turnip (bang kwang), egg, lettuce, bean sprouts, peanuts, sweet sauce and a dash of chilli. The gravy from the turnip mix wasn't removed totally, resulting in a slightly watery popiah. It's just alright...not fantastic.
