I've my fair share of eating lunch in, not by will, more so by circumstance. Here's a couple that I've tried that doesn't compromise on quality of food, nor reduce the enjoyment of eating out.
Subway Lunch Box, $7.55 (depending on sandwich)
The lunch box comes with a 6 inch sandwich, drink and 2 cookies/chips. I had the Subway Melt of bacon, ham and turkey breast with chocolate chip cookies. Subway probably offers the most "value for money" sandwich around, without hurting the pocket too much. Chomping down such a veggie filled sandwich makes the indulgence less sinful, and all the sitting in less burdensome on the tum. My first trying the Melt, I'm surprised the bacon strips aren't over-salted.

Chicken Teriyaki Bento Set, from $5.90, Amara Shopping Centre Food Court (Benkei Japanese Cuisine)
Deep fried chicken with teriyaki sauce that looked like it was soaking in oil, but thankfully it wasn't! The teriyaki sauce complements the tender chicken slices, quite a portion for the price tag. Comes with rice and shredded cabbage with mayo. Oh, it comes with wedges of orange that was somewhat dry though. One fulfilling meal it was!
