Agedin a 10-year-old
tawny port-washed American oak barrel for 25 days, this 6-year-old rye whiskey is
infused with the coffee and chocolate paste. This delivers sweet and sharp
flavours on one’s palette.

A classic Creole
cocktail recreated with Manhattan's Rickhouse. High West OMG Pure Rye, Mancino
Rosso Vermouth and Dom Benedictine, are solera-aged in fresh American oak for a
total of four weeks. It is surprisingly citrusy and refreshing with yuzu and
green bean paste and does not even taste like its alcoholic origins.

White Lotus Paste with Yolk and Melon Seeds
The traditional snowskin began with white lotus paste, yolk and melon seeds – only without the lard rubbed baked skin.

Made with fresh Mao Shan Wang and D24 durian flesh, this pungent one will raise hell in hotels even – more sweet than bitter but I guess sweet durians work better for desserts, especially snowskin mooncakes.
