KUVO, a multi-concept lifestyle space in Orchard, has launched a "Charcuterie, Cheese & Wine Unlimited" promotion.From now until 31st May on every Friday and Saturday, unwind and usher in the weekend in style with unlimited servings of a selection of specially curated charcuterie, cheese and wines for a price of $78++ only.
A number of wines were served up and there was a combination of champagne, whites and reds.
A sparkling Italian white that can be passed off as champagne. Word has it that it's widely regarded as Italy's sparkling wine, I cannot agree more. Very fruity but not sweet at all, great with savoury cold cuts and light cheeses.
J.Hofsttater Pinot Bianco
A very young Italian wine harvested on the borders of Germany. Great as a starter wine.
Markowisch Pinot Noir
Medium to full bodied and excellent with cold cuts.
Pierre Jean Merlot
A rather average merlot with a high level of acidity, this would have been divine with steak.
Arlequin GSM
Barossa alley never quite fails to produce good wines and this red blended wine is no exception. The distinctive slightly mellow finish is perfect with heavy and creamy cheeses.

Antica Fratta Brut
