
I'm not sure since when that I started associating cream puffs with Japan. I reckon it has to be the success of Beard Papa. Riding on the cream puff trail (mini one!) done in Tokyo, here's one in Sapporo to continue.

Typical dusting of icing sugar that makes it old school yet signature.

Instead of choux pastry, this is flaky and plumped with custard. Missing out on wow again, this was still delicious nonetheless.
