The Mom passed by this coffee shop tons of times to be tempted to try one evening. Hardly an empty table even on a week day night and tables were laid along the walk way even.

Sliced Fish Soup
Ordinary at best, battle was lost at the first slurp. Broth was a tad weak.

Prawn Mee
Their highly recommended signature that looked like
a laksa version of prawn noodle. I found it hard to reconcile the taste
to the expected. Hardly impressive with a strong taste of prawns and it
dissipates into a mild sweetness. While
the prawns were fresh, the yee mee ended up too soggy after soaking in
the gravy for too long.

Pork Ribs

Stir Fried Kailan

Steamed Fish

Cereal Prawns
My favouritest dish of the night! The prawns could
be eaten whole – shell and feelers and what not. Delicious mix of
cereal! I could not help but reach for extra helpings of the crispy
delight.
Prawn Paste Chicken
These overfried crispy chicken bites had a stale
taste about it, possibly kept too long in the freezer though the
companions did chide me with “chickens obviously have chicken smell”.
Fair enough that this meal totalled to about $170 odd for 9 of us but food is rather average and certainly
overhyped. Most dishes came with kale which was what we also
ordered, somewhat of an overload.
