The concept of a cafe in a bakery is not new to Provence though this is only available at Holland Village and Ion Orchard. One of those rare days came by when both the companion and I had no particular craving or dining place to strike off the list, we traipsed into Provence for a bite.

All sets come with a drink - pick from quite an extensive list.
Always a Qoo fan.
Ham Katsu Sandwich ($4.80)
Breaded katsu of a stack of ham slices, toss in a pile of shredded cabbage and served in between toasted slices. Chewy toasted bread is a plus, hearty fix!
Garlic (Ham and Cheese) Sandwich ($4.80)
Until the very last bite, I questioned where was the garlic - of which the companion mused it could be the name of the set. Unlike ham katsu, the sides of the bread wree kept intact - not that it is a great deal but such variations are stark.
Their sandwiches are wholesome affairs yet you cannot help but realise how homemade they are - throw everything into a toaster and viola! Nonetheless, was a pleasant lunch!
