Bedok Point is one of those up and coming heartland malls and decided to popby one evening. I am stunned at the number of restaurants that the management has decided to flood the place with. Every inch is dedicated to teasing your tastebuds with something. So much so, it does look a tad clustered.
Kungfu Paradise and Paradise Inn are all under the same building!

Decided on Paradise Inn under the Paradise Group for dinner!

Matching plates and bowls.

Brand awareness.

Got drawn to the lamps somehow..I honestly wonder how do they ever get cleaned!

Stewed Pork Belly with Lotus Bun ($2.20 per bun)
This is signature and miles away from the Khong Bak I'm used to. This was more stewed than braised , lacking in flavour somewhat. Though top marks for presentation.

Sauteed Baby Kailan with Oyster Sauce ($8.90)
Oily beyond measure but satisfied the veggie intake for the day!

Crisp Fried Crystal Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk ($16.90)
Hard to resist when a dish like this appears on the menu - fresh prawns coated with a delish marinate. Not the bestest of all time, mediocre at best.

Soup of the day to add that weebit of homecooked goodness to the meal.
Moderate food that required more than moderate waiting time. Not sure why it's so packed though, I'm not so sure if a return is on the cards.
