Layer after layer, the hard work put into baking a kueh lapis is undeniable. I deem this one CNY goodie that slaps on calories with such monstrosity, I still find it hard to shun such a devil unfortunately.
Deli Indo offers an array of flavours apart from the Original Spice, Mocha, Chocolate, Pandan and Prune. Unbeknownst to all, they dabble in vacuum packed ones too!
The majority of kueh lapis attempted are either too eggy or dry, or put it point blank overrated and overpriced. Deli Indo's boasts fragrant moist layers of this festive favourite. Weirdly enough, the non signature are not as outstanding as Original Spice.
