Baked till its edges are charred, the irresistible smokey fragrance...smelt good for starters. You get the pleasure of dressing your pizza up as the ingredients were thoughtfully packed separately. Delish!

Tomato Sauce, Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, Italian Gammon Ham, Trio of Mushrooms, Artichokes, Black Olives
In comparison, this was less tasty. I certify myself a non-artichoke fan after the over-generosity of La Strada.
I found myself a fan of their pizza bases, soggy is unheard of till the very last slice. Chewy, dense bread with crusty sides....the basics of pizza bread making that La Strada has mastered with much ease.
You bet I'll be back....!
