Jollibean's Peanut Kueh (面煎馃). This hawker favourite has become a signature of Jollibean, despite the price hikes, I'm still a willing buyer of this peanut snack.
Thick fluffy pancakes smeared with a generous peanut butter jam filling with ground peanuts. Upon re-heating, these are so sinfully fragrant. The main difference between these and the hawker ones are, the thickness of the pancakes.
