It's one of those post-dinner dessert cravings that I have...on a rainy night to boot! Parkway's one place that amazes me with the number of ice-cream/gelato parlours it's got..think swensen's, scoop, andersen's, venezia, new zealand all natural..ALL in the same building!? The only ice-cream place not there's probably the Japanese Azabu Sabo.
Anyhow, I had Rum and raisin gelato ($3.10), a huge value-for-money scoop I was given in a mini cup, the rum isn't too evident..but raisins were plenty! Thankfully not too creamy..not the best I've savoured.
The place is done up in a manner that encourages sit in for gelato..I'm not quite a fan of sitting down for ice-cream (with the exception of swensens).
Venezia Gelateria
