Mala has taken a life of its own beyond Mala Xiang Guo, infiltrating noodles, crabsticks, peanuts and chips! I chanced upon Ooh after raving reviews given by my foodie friends and with much apprehension, I visited the booth and never looked back.
Cassava chips over potato chips anyday for the bite though the spices used are equally mouthwatering. Given they are so shiok, finishing the 100g ($7) bag in a single seating is way too easy. It bewildered me how a local brand could nail mala so well!
