Tis the season to be pink and head to Japan and for the rest of us who are grounded, we only have Sakura themed desserts.
Chef Yamashita is back with a sakura chiffon ($15).
So pretty, it even comes with a pink ribbon!
The truth about sakura anything is, it is seasonal and sakura by itself does not taste like much.
Light and flavoured with essence, this probably fulfilled my satisfaction for sakura rather than a satisfying dessert.
