Marriott Café at Marriott Tang Plaza welcomes Guest Chef Arnan from JW Marriott Bangkok this October for an exotic thai feast! On top of their existing buffet line up, a number of thai delicacies are available from 2 - 15 October.

Chawanmushi gone thai with an appetizing tweak, infact this reminded me of otah in cups sans the spiciness. Childfriendly and actually I polished off more cups than expected!

Fresh seafood stir fry that definitely needed additional dashes of spice to heat things up.

Grilled Marinated Pork Neck with Spicy Sauce is a dish that deserves a special mention, sinewy slices of pork slices gives char siew a run for its money.
