The Butchers Club Burger Singapore celebrates Singapore’s 51st Birthday with limited edition menu items! For two weekends starting from 29 July, The Butchers Club Burger pays homage to our nation's birthday with limited edition creations.

The Little Red Dot Burger
140g of a grilled juicy chicken patty, cucumber, red onions, caramelized pineapple, ginger peanut sauce
The Little Red Dot Burger was specially created and pays homage to Singapore’s much loved satay ayam (chicken satay).
Ginger peanut sauce replaced satay sauce with a punchier and richer concoction, and literally had me eating off my hands - think a satay burger with the full works. Would this give the satay seller a run for his moolah?
Almost, with a western twist of curry fries and cocktail.
For the hungry, there is a National Day Set Menu available at just $35 - The Little Red Dot Burger and side serving of straight-cut fries seasoned with curry powder and the SG Fling—a Singapore Sling-inspired vodka-based cocktail. A non-alcoholic option ($28++) is also available and diners can opt for a chocolate, vanilla or strawberry milkshake.
This set menu will only be available from 29 July to 10 August 2016.
As an added treat, diners who come dressed in both red and white on National Day (9 August) will receive an SG Fling on the house for their patriotic efforts.
Red Eye Reduction ($28)
160g Dry Aged Beef Patty, Cheddar Cheese, Maple Glazed Bacon, Fried Egg, Hash Brown, French Toast Buns
Made as an antidote to a hangover, this comes with the complete works of an ultimate breakfast with innovative french toasts doubling up as burger buns.
Grilled Farmers Burger ($25)
Seasonal Vegetables, Eggplant Puree, Feta Cheese, Pickled Jalapeno, Spicy Green Yogurt Sauce
Not forgetting one for the vegetable lovers, a comparatively lighter creation made with a medley of vegetables spiced with jalapenos and lashings of green yogurt sauce.
Vanilla Milk Shake ($6.50)
