Operation Smile provides free surgeries to repair cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities for children around the globe. This was a meaningful project to participate in this Mother's Day that passed.
Into the third year, a number of hotels came together in a bid for fundraising to support the cause. The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore and Singapore Marriott Hotel are the three involved in this sell-out event.

A really decent chocolate cake with layers of decadent chocolate though banana was hardly tasted. It is a steal at the price for a cake from a 5 star hotel and truly, it is about the cause that matters. Proceeds collected will go towards expenses relating to sending Singapore medical and support volunteers to help our Asian neighbors in the treatment of children suffering from cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities.
