TGI Fridays became the next likely place to visit when Nando's was empty as can be - the companions made a fair judgement since it was hardly filled and it could mean the standard was not great. I welcomed the idea mainly because I have yet to try TGIF which was somehow more occupied.

Chicken Caesar Salad ($18.90)
For the price, the portions are understandable and definitely larger than mains. One hearty salad though that may not be said of how healthy it is since bacon bits, blue cheese and heaps of blue cheese dressing were tossed into the bowl.

Chicken Fingers ($17.90)
Loved the light batter coating the tender chicken fingers. Also loved the honey mustard sauce that would make dunking these fingers such a joy. The crispy fries were a tad salty but what is junk food without fries?

Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta ($20.90)
Pasta done al dente with a thick cheese sauce and a decent portion of chicken and shrimp.
Pleasantly surprised by the food at TGIF, it could have been lowered but at least it does triumph quite a number of western food haunts out there. While ribs seems to be their specialty, I found comfort in chicken.
