Craving zi char, the companion brought me to a well
hidden place – at least to the ill informed! Nestled at a sidewalk,
this would be hard to miss because of the crowds but I never once
thought of dining there.
Salted Egg Prawns ($16)
Richly coated with salted egg, the prawns were fresh and finger licking good! I had them head to tail whole, simply awesome stuff.
Marmite Pork Ribs ($10)
Dusted with sesame seeds, these meaty parts were smokey and delicious. Loved that these were lean parts too!
Spinach with Fermented Bean curd ($10)
A tad too salty but these would go really well with rice.
Delicious food at pocket friendly prices, they open till past midnight so that’s a huge hooray for the night owls!
