Product of Poland, Koorimo Icecream is the latest icecream invasion into supermarts.

The flavours all revolve around vanilla and chestnut swirls, varying only in toppings.

KuriVanilla
Topped with white chocolate shavings, the toppings are easy to miss.

KuriCaramel
Crunchy caramel coated morsels define this flavour.

KuriCafe
Chocolate coated coffee beans adorned this.

KuriStrawberry
It could be me and strawberry icecream that aren't BFFs. I find it hard to like strawberry icecream, could be the numerous artificially flavoured ones that I have eaten. Apart from the scattering of dried strawberries on top, there was no other mention of it towards the bottom of the tub.
The base icecream hovered on a creamy buttery texture and taste. Chestnut swirls were plentiful yet you really need to love your chestnuts to go nutty over this. The various toppings were purely ornamental though. A Japanese-inspired icecream with ingredients sourced from faraway Europe, perhaps a nearer Japan would have made it more distinctive. Confused icecream lacking in character though.
$16.95 for 4 tubs.
Available at all leading supermarkets.
