Avalon @ Marina Bay Sands

Trying to capture the night scenes from MBS is getting increasingly addictive. Every other visit gives me a new set of photos.



These coconut trees look exceptionally alluring at night.



Avalon - the latest IT place ever since F1. Housed above waters, this glass house looks quite majestic with CBD as the backdrop.



As with most clubs, space is always a limitation unless you have the golden ticket called VVVVIP which gets you a table. If not, be prepared to stand until your toes turn blue.



House pours or beer for the night. I usually do not think highly of housepours in pubs, especially vodka or whisky anything as the bartenders always churn out drinks with weird proportions. Vodka orange can taste bad, no matter how simple is it to concot.

I thought the music was pretty good, spotted a couple of familiar faces in the dark. Deejays and headturners too!

The major pain in the butt is MBS is so faraway from civilisation - especially after a drink or two that walking out for a cab is troublesome. Nonetheless, worth a visit! See and be seen.
