Asian Masters is Singapore’s first gourmet and lifestyle festival that takes pride in celebrating Asia – our talents, our produce, our heritage and our culture.For the whole month of January, the programme will be playing host to a stellar list of chefs.

The six exciting facets of the inaugural Asian Masters include:

1. Gourmet Signatures – Embark on an epicurean adventure across Asia with prominent Asian Master Chefs flown in especially for Asian Masters. Hosted at prominent Singapore gourmet establishments, the Master Chefs will be showcasing their specialties for a one week period each.

2. Lifestyle Affairs – Get the best of both worlds with Lifestyle Affairs events which features lifestyle and cultural programs infused with gourmet delights. Hosted at a myriad of premium venues, Lifestyle Affairs events are sensory experiences like no other.

3. Vintner Dinners – Enjoy 2 evenings of revelry that feature handpicked collections of wines from the New and Old World. With the pairing of the exquisite cuisine meticulously prepared by culinary masters, the Vintner events promise to be gastronomical highlights.

4. Gastronomic Treasures – Be enthralled by the culinary prowess of Singapore’s top chefs with exclusive Gastronomic Treasures dinners. Each chef will be presenting a specially created menu using the finest ingredients and prepared in his or her signature style.


5. The Masters’ Workshops – Discover cooking tips to whip up your favourite dish or meet like-minded gourmands at cooking demonstrations and tasting sessions designed to help you pick up the finer points of Asian cooking. Our leading culinary maestros take centre stage with a series of intimate cooking workshops and demonstrations showcasing their signature Asian-inspired dishes.

6. Feast Asia – Enjoy dining offers at selected Asian restaurants, featuring exclusive Asian Masters three to eight course set menus.

  1. I went for the Gourmet Signatures Cuisine of Chef Chung Manh Cuong at Mezza9 and it was really good. I enjoyed the food, with awesome service from very pretty Vietnamese waitresses.
