R probably caught the hints loud and clear after my daily whining on waffle cravings when he appeared with waffles! Dressed in little paper cones, these were cute.

Tragic waffles these are. Hard and dry, barely waffle-like..in fact I found the batter almost cake like. Of the three, I actually liked apple cinnamon best, for just the fillings. Reminded me of apple pie with the lovely cinnamon fragrance. Yet that was it.
I hear there's a waffle buffet...hell no! Not with these sort of waffles.
