Chilis @ Resorts World Sentosa

Venture into RWS and it feels theme park-ish for the most obvious reasons. With just two theme park experiences at Hongkong Disneyland and  Everland South Korea, I was a tad glad we had more than just theme park food options outside Universal Studios.

Chilis at Tanglin Mall had me swerving off tangent with their average burgers and neverending Tostada Chips and to be honest, I had my reservations on this other outlet.

Boneless Buffalo Wings
Bleu cheese dressing

I probably will not forget Sunset Way's famous buffalo wings and these were chicken drumlets were ordinarily flame grilled. Actually I have not been wowed by buffalo wings before, would reckon our hawker center wings with a dash of lime and chilli would upstage this many times over. I found greater joy nibbling celery sticks with bleu cheese dressing.

Classic Nachos
Beans, queso with a hint of seasoned beef, cheese and jalapeños on every chip. Served with pico de gallo and sour cream.

These were mega delicious! Retained the crunch of nachos with the yummy ingredients piled upon and finished with melted cheese. I found the fingers reaching for more. Tell me how more decadent this can get, if cinemas ever sell this...this would be a complete sell out.

Grilled Baby Back Ribs
Shanghai

New on the menu, I made a move on these without much thought. The sweet tangy sauce reminded me of Char Siew sauce. Ribs were fingerlicking yummy without the meat being cooked too soft...I say this is better than Tony Roma's.

I lost the carb battle with the fries and potato salad (do not judge its ordinary appearance...packs a bomb!).

Classic Fajitas
Grilled and served with onions and capsicums

The company had this and cleaned it out so I figure it must have been delish.

Service at this outlet is on par with Tanglin Mall's; prompt though rushed. The food at this outlet somehow managed to save my impression of Chili's.
