Max Brenner @ Esplanade

Not sure how, not sure why but I ended up at Max Brenner knowingly they specialize in nothing else but chocolate and I eat everything but chocolate (except white chocolate).

Crowded even past 10pm..obviously pleasing the tourists. Same for me when I'm overseas, it annoys me to no end when the shops or eateries close so early!

Hug Mugs, designed for the chocolate drinking ceremony, these are meant to hug between your hands for the ultimate drinking experience of warmth, coziness and fragrance. Priced at $28 to $32 each, these came across as cute.

Dark Chocolate
Criollo cocoa beans

The drinker found this better than Choco Pops as dark chocolate was chosen.

Choco Pops
Milk chocolate with crunchy wafer balls

The friend declared this "worth your outbreak". Rich milk chocolate with crunchy pearls that surprisingly did not melt under heat.

Melting Marshmellow Hot Chocolate

Rocky Mountain mini marshmellows doing a little waltz on a creamy lake. I only had one thought: The distant rich cousin of condensed milk. Was not served hot enough to cup your hands around the mug and enjoy the supposed "cozy" moment, it was simply ordinary at best.

The drinks here are way over limits sweet and cloying, way too much for a dessert lover. Service was most unfortunately slow, catching the attention of any one needs more effort beyond mad waving of hands. Walk out if you dare, you probably would go unnoticed.
