A box of seasonal love from Goodwood Park, once again.
These need no introduction, still as legendary as ever.
Not sure if the chefs tweaked the recipe of the durian pulp but these sure taste richer than they used to. Smoother, richer...decadence is but the tip of the iceburg.
Leave to cool for 30 minutes at least (straight from the freezer) and satisfaction is guaranteed.
The folks at Goodwood have done well educating the public about durian desserts, no doubt there are supposedly other better ones like 727 Trading, Puteri Mas or even Emicakes.
Think durian and it's Goodwood for me. I'm silently trigger happy this durian season lasts a good 4 months!
