Mr Prata's franchises are all over. Spied one at Expo Foodcourt and decided on the sinful to curb the hunger pangs. The most popular within the foodcourt proper has to be char kuay teow that induces sneezes from the cook to the customers waiting in line! Talk about hygiene, really.
Two limp pieces of pan fried dough. None of the fluffy texture of a good prata, tasted almost like bread, only fried. At least the gravy was tasty.
Bad, plain bad.
