I'm half a fan of Japanese confectionery..more of a baked fan than a Japanese cake fan..that explains the happiness of getting Provence goods.
Melon Pan
I think this is called Melon Pan? A beautiful sugar embellished bun..boy, look at the sugar crystals! Smells awesome too but it's just a bun thereafter. The texture of it wasn't as spectacular as the outlook.
Walnut Raisin
Disappointing this was, just walnut bread shaped like a blossoming flower if you ask me.
Banana Lon
Once again it proved its worth, albeit the tiny portion...ever fragrant, ever moist..ever delicious. I'd say next to the wassants and soycheese buns, these are a must buy!
Koshi Anpan
3/4 packed with de-skinned red beans, the red bean mush was not too sweet. With the bread, it's not all that bad..just not that wonderful either.
