I'm a self confessed skeptic when it comes to supermart quick breads for some reason...they can't be compared to fresh off the oven bread, or so I think. This was given by a friend..
Maple Bread ($1.40)
I opened up to a nice sweet fragrance.
It's the size of 3 raisin buns from Gardenia, very spongey bread with a hint of maple honey. Light and sweet!
I'm quite surprised by it...the way the Japanese can bring the bakery to you, literally...albeit not piping hot.
