I made a second attempt on these goodies, courtesy of the equally greedygoose sister. Attitude is still as uppity as ever.
Comes in a box of 8, for a dollar more you get additional flavours.
The tart base is awesomely good, crunchy and tasty. The chilled beancurd within is a solidified version silken beancurd, the pureness of the soyabeans can be tasted which makes this unassuming tart more enticing than ever.
Fast forward the next day, the tart has succumbed to moist (the tart was already soggy at the sides) though maintaining the yummy content. Best eaten with 2 days of purchase!

Does L.E. Cafe's beancurd tart filling really taste like Lao Ban soya beancurd? I want to try! I love tarts & now I'm mad about soya beancurd pudding.
ReplyDeleteok not that melt in your mouth like lao ban's but it's really yummy..heh, hope it doesn't disappoint! eat it when chilled..tastes different!
