Pecan Pie ($4.90)
The crust achieved the right bite with melt in the mouth buttery texture. Pecans are one of the most delicious nuts used in pies, they're honeyed, crunchy and nutty. The pie ain't too sweet too. Even when kept overnight, the pie still stands firm.
Blueberry Cheesecake ($4.90)
The blueberry jam dyed through the cheesecake, forming quite an ugly sight. The cheese itself is tofu like, biscuit base is soaked through and too soft.
Pecan Hazelnut Cake ($4.80)
Pecans in this cheesecake did not manage to hold it up properly. By the second day, this was a horrible soggy mess.
