Creme Brulee Cheese Tart ($5.20)
Maple syrup soaked biscuit base, cheesecake layer topped off with creme brulee custard. Pretty thrilled at how the dessert turned out, tasted way better than it looked. The tart held up quite a solid-crunchy front despite the rather soft fillings. I was gently warned against reheating it before consumption lest I risked an eggy-cheesy tart.
I wouldn't mind seconds!
