Three pearls of sin-worthy wisdom;
Wine.
Cheesecake.
Girlfriends.
All on a weekend night no less.
Seconds at The Cheesecake Cafe. The place is forever crowded, was slightly disappointed when there weren't any seats inside. I was chastised for taking pictures outside, when everyone does it...in a more discreet manner.
Mersmerizing fountain...

Creme Brulee
The flavour of the week. I was looking forward to see how my two loves could create magic. Nope, didn't taste any of the magic, neither could the sparks be tasted. It fell flat, new york cheesecake (fluffy and moist consistency) with a layer of custard.
Peach Jelly
This is a different kind of cheesecake altogether, it's one of those non-baked cheesecakes with two layers of cheese with peach bits and a layer of jelly between. The cheese here is more like frozen yogurt, philadelphia cheese at best.

Rum and Raisin
This falls under their category of "signature cheesecake". A fluffy moist cheesecake with rum filled plump raisins. The rum couldn't be discerned.

We had wine..with cheesecake..quite a lovely combination I must say. Not an expert with the wines but I enjoyed it, to say the least.
That kinda sums up my second visit at The Cheesecake Cafe. Their cheesecakes have different cake textures, depending on which type you choose. Either the dense peanut butter, fluffy creme brulee/rum and raisin..or the yogurt like peach jelly. TCC is one place that falters when it comes to asking "describe the cheesecake from TCC", it'll leave you slightly dumbfounded how to undertake that question unlike "dense and flavourful" Hilton Cheesecake and "dense" Obolo Cheesecake.
Service varies, overall just alright.
