The Mom's inflicted with my dessert bug as well, she's gotten quite into finding desserts for us. She came back with these colourful spongecakes one weekend. Light flavoured spongecake cream sandwiches, I couldn't stop stealing bites of this sandwich despite having a heavy meal. It's that light. The couple of flavours I've tried;
Pandan; The closest to pandan cake. :)
Stawberry; A tad sweet.
Chocolate; Has a hint of coffee.
Orange; A tad sweet.
