My first attempt at fresh Coconut Pudding, across the causeway and they are as heavy as they look. A gf helped me lug them back...!

Unveiling a milky white pudding, refreshing taste and almost jelly like. A little like almond pudding texture. The only grouse, they should've put shredded coconut as part of the pudding. I didn't mind it too much, the parents' weren't quite impressed by this dessert though. At $5.50 each, it is pricey. I had a field time scraping the coconut flesh out. :)
The owner has plans to bring them in though!
